That may be ok with a traffic ticket, but on County charges, sitting in jail curing a pending case is not beneficial to the defendant. When the defendant is on bond, they can hire an attorney of their own choosing. They will also look better in their own clothes as opposed to the County’s orange jump suits. We advise all defendants to dress appropriately for court and be on time with their attorney.
