The Bail Bond Company
Scott Free Bonding is a full service bail bond company licensed in Harris County , license#74447. All licensed bail bond companies can post a bail bond in Harris County . The bonding company you choose has NO bearing on the outcome of your case, only your attorney can make a difference. There are some differences in Bail Bond Companies though. Some companies may treat you like a criminal. Some companies will charge as much money as they7 can get, especially if you don’t have much experience with bail bonding. Most companies make you do all the legwork.

At Scott Free Bonding, we are dedicated to our customers. We treat defendants, their families, and friends with respect. The owner of the company, Scott Martin, is available to personally answer your questions. We guarantee the lowest prices. We will do the legwork for you, except for outlying jails. If there is a warrant for your arrest, we will find out details of the case, so that you can have a better idea of what you are being charge whit before you go to court. Some bonding companies will surrender your bond for dumb reasons. Scott Free Bonding still stands by your bond as long as you meet our easy to follow rules.

Hopefully, you don’t need a bonding company every day, but when you do need one, we will be here for you and friends. We promise to make the bonding experience as easy and pleasant as possible.

What Kind of Bird Don’t Fly?
It’s a Jailbird. Some people might think that they will just “sit it out” in jail. That may be ok with a traffic ticket, but on County charges, sitting in jail curing a pending case is not beneficial to the defendant. When the defendant is on bond, they can hire an attorney of their own choosing. They will also look better in their own clothes as opposed to the County’s orange jump suits. We advise all defendants to dress appropriately for court and be on time with their attorney.

DISCLAIMER: Scott Martin, Bankers Insurance Company, Scott Free Bonding, and its employees are not lawyers.
The owner and employees of Scott Free Bonding do have a combined 21 years experience in the criminal law field. This site is intended for information purposes regarding bail bonds. It is always in your best interest to consult a licensed attorney
regarding legal matters.

A Paid in Full Attorney is Your Best Defense
The attorney that you hire to represent you on a criminal charge will have a direct effect on the outcome of your case. The facts of your case also have a lot to do with it. Since jail time is a possible range of punishment on most criminal charges, you will want to defend yourself aggressively. Most attorneys perform better and quicker when they have been paid in full by the defendant or at least all payment plans are kept in a timely fashion.

You are Innocent until Proven Guilty
This is true; it is the basis of our Criminal Justice System. But, when you are charged with a crime, even if you are completely innocent, you can still be arrested and place in jail. You would still have to post a bond, and would be wise to hire an attorney to defend your innocence. It may not seem fair that you will be out the money and wasted time, but since it’s impossible to have a perfect system, some people will be caught at a disadvantage.
